Google Maps has it at 2.4 (48 min) or 2.8 (56 min), dependent on route. Apple 2.5 (49 min). Of course that doesn’t include shortcuts like sneaking across the golf course at Memphis Country Club.

How long is it being pushed in a wheelchair?

I can tell his degree is from before we became an R1 research school. :)
