How would Rice feel about SHS which in their backyard, about 65 miles north?

ODU, JMU, and Liberty feels like a Virginia overload..

I know schools like Jacksonville St, EKU, and Kennesaw St have all made rumblings about eventually going FBS.. Kennesaw State in particular is in a huge media market and is located in the fertile metro Atlanta recruiting grounds.. Having a presence in GA has really opened up SBC recruiting in the state..

Kennesaw State's president has said that his school will never go FBS as long as he's the president. He actually said those words.

Kennesaw State has an interim female president, and their last president was also a woman. Those comments are from years ago, and he is long gone..

Our chancellor before the one who just retired said we'd never get football while he was chancellor and he was right. Now he does shots at the Normbulance pre-game.
