This followed some really pointed criticism leveled at the NCAA by Coach K after his team took a loss (surprise surprise). He doesn’t think this season should be played either. My guess there is that’s a weird way to publicly admit his team isn’t as competitive as some of his past teams.

To be fair, he was saying the same stuff before the season ever got started.
