Nobody has insinuated it was manipulated by scientists. We KNOW they studied to see if it could be transferred from bat cells to human cells back in 2015. So it has been stored in cold storage at Wuhon and "coincidentally " at the same time a US/China trade agreement was negotiated that benefits the US way more than China it starts infecting people. No need to manipulate it. It is bad enough as is. Was saying this same thing two months ago.

The timing of this viral release was unmistakably linked to the trade toughness of Trump and deliberately released in an effort to tank the economy prior to the election. If the libtards want an example of election manipulation well here it is. It was staged as an natural event, revealed as a release, and now they will claim it was accidental, but the squelching of the information to permit its global transmission was absolutely intentional (as was its release) and the timing along with other factors are all part of the tell.
