If we didn't have flu vaccines, 60-70% of Americans would similarly get the flu each year.

The stupidity of the 'flatten the curve' chart is the guy supposedly causing the problem is the guy saying 'it's like the flu'... and then the person supposedly solving the problem is saying 'practice good flu hygiene'. IOW, they're both saying treat it like the flu.... which is correct. The difference is, you don't have a vaccine or many immunities to this strain of the flu... but that happens most years as well.

The flu shot does nothing but harm. If you're going to get the flu, you're going to get the flu. Shot or no shot. Most people I know that get the flu are regular flu-shot recipients. I haven't gotten a flu shot in 15 years and haven't had the flu in that span of time.

Yep, the flu shot doesn't prevent the flu, it just helps decrease the symptoms and helps to accelerate recovery time
