Speaking for myself, I support and root for the NIU TEAMS not an individual coach (except for Joe Novak).

Not to say i dislike these men when they leave. They just don't work for the school I follow and support anymore.

To put it another way..I am not a Lion fan...but I support and root for Kenny G to crank it up. If, and when Kenny G leaves to another, unless a huskie is there I will not care about the lions. ... the " fan dude" hopes my explanation is suffice for you!!
