I think this is the catch as to why they havent prosecuted her for marrying her brother yet. This was known for a while, but someone probably checked to see how old she was, and discovered she would have been a minor therefore would get in under her dad.

Then they discovered she was only a minor because she had her date of birth changed back in 2017 or so to be one year younger. Its like once she got in office, she used that office to be able to pull that date of birth change to make her a minor at the time she arrived here to get around marrying her brother for citizenship.
