For those MANY of you who are smarter than me, any guesses as to why the bolded part is not getting equal airtime?

I will be content if Ilhan Omar gets deported for immigration fraud - - whether on her own part or due to her thug of her father. But the real damage done to our nation goes beyond immigration fraud. It is the clepto-culture that she is a huge part of. And I will be disappointed if this ends up getting overlooked in favor of the two-bit salacious crap involving her brother and her father.

They are getting to it. Biden actually started it during his term. Can't do it all at once or it all gets diluted.

She should be deported for the immigration stuff (if proven), but if she is part of the fraud.... Jail - period.

If she is going to steal our money, at least let her steal "three hots and a cot" for 10 or 15 years.

The financial crimes will come in due time and could wrap up a lot more people.

In the immigration case they are being methodical. The statute of limitations has run out. However, if they show she continued to use false information (such as her dob on her passport, etc) then it keeps re-opening the statute of limitations. They have her dead to rights on this, but they need to ensure they have all of the issues with the statute of limitations covered. Thats because there will be no jury of her peers on this. They simply take it back through the immigration process, show how she repeatedly utilized fraudulent information recent enough to keep the statute rolling forward, then show the fraud she committed in the immigration process.

I just want her deported. If she spends any time in jail there will be bigger problems ala the Maryland dad. She would be free and possibly even still in her congressional seat. If she's deported take away any assets she stole/accumulated and she won't have the American justice system bailing her out.

Deport her would be the best solution...out of sight, out of mind.
