The problem for FSU would arise in 3 weeks, after they play Idaho. That's going to really hurt FSU in the computers...
I'll say this, if I'm FSU I'm secretly hoping something weather wise happens to make the Idaho game not able to happen.
They'll still have the conference championship game to beat another top 10 team. I'm convinced that FSU is the best team right now. And if LSU or Auburn play a decent game, Alabama will be knocked off the pedestal anyways.

No body last week viewed Miami as a top 10 team. They definitely don't now, and with the big injury- even more so. There's no guarantee that FSU plays Miami in the ACC title game. A loss next 2 weeks pretty much guarantees that.

If that were the case Miami would have fallen much further than they did. They fell 4 spots to 11. They just as easily can make it back into the top 10 as early as next week.

They fell 4 spots to 11 in the BCS, but in the polls, they fell down to 13 and 14.. That's a pretty big drop for them where they were 7 and 6 last week.

BCS rankings are all that matter right now. With the number of teams in front of them that still have to play each other, Miami will rise quickly again.

The final BCS poll is the only one that matters.
