Ohio is a football bottom-feeder.

Wow, I have complete respect for UT, NIU, and all MAC members. TARDledo is making it hard to root for my NW Ohio home tho. If you're a MAC fan, I would always lump NIU, UT, and Ohio together for power franchises that benefit from each other going forward...

What is the wager? You mentioned Ohio not having a .500 record all-time, so I suggest we bet on if Ohio has a .500 record this year? 03-lmfao 03-lmfao

Since Ohio is a "bottom-feeder" I'm assuming you are willing to take this bet?

Like Ohio's .500 conference record last year? That's probably all they'll be able to muster this year as well.

They certainly won't climb out from UNDER .500 all-time after this season.

Call the bet. Call the stakes.

That's because I'm not talking smack, I'm having a conversation. Using facts.

If you lost the persecution complex and stopped perceiving everything as an attack, and lost the inferiority complex and stopped perceiving everything as a slight you might be able to engage in a conversation.

Pointing out the FACTS about your weak football program is not smack, it's TRUTH.

Ohio is 525-536 all time....we would have to go 13-1 this season to climb out from under .500 all time.

I wouldn't trade where our program is for any in the MAC aside from Northern Illinois.

BG, Miami.......I see them....I wouldn't want to be them.

Link to 2012 Final SOS - Louisville 25, Ohio 89

Regardless of the source, they aren't even close. There is a difference between Syracuse being an average team on Louisville's schedule vs. Miami (OH) being an average team on OU's schedule. Of course SOS matters when comparing players! If not, then nonAQ guys with the best numbers vs. poor opponents would win the Heisman every year!

Bridgewater is in the top 5 for Heisman, deservingly or non deservingly... If he transferred to OU (taking out the fact that Tettleton knows the OU offense) the better athlete and player would start. That being Bridgewater!!!

History doesn't matter, we are talking about NOW. OU has been the best in the MAC per average since 2005. OU is a formidable team for Louisville and could win. I believe the spread is way high and that this will be within 2 TD's.
PREDICTION: Louisville 41, OU 31

Tier 1: OU, Kent State, BG, NIU, Ball State, Toledo, CMU
Tier 2: Buffalo, Miami, WMU
Tier 3: EMU, Akron, UMASS

Until this season gets going, that tier 1 is bunched. Maybe NIU is in a tier of their own, but besides that the MAC will be competitive! LOTS of returning talent!

If the real Ohio team shows up, this game will be close, 35-31 Louisville. If not, then it's a blowout.

Also, maybe I'm missing something but how is OU the best MAC team since 2005? When CMU and NIU have both won 3 MAC Championships to OU's 0.

Kent a Tier one school? Based on what? One good year in the last 25?

MAC East Standings (current teams) over the last 5 years
Akron – 6-34
BG – 20-20
Buff – 14-26
Kent – 23-17
Miami – 15-25
Ohio – 26-14

Kent has the 2nd best record in the East I think that puts them into Tier 1.

They've been consistent. Maybe not 05, maybe 07 or 08. But they're like the Detroit Tigers. Good records, in a weaker division, not winning it all YET. I am a Tigers fan BTW. Solich does have a good record.

I was talking about coming into this season with potential to win the MAC. Not history... didn't intend for it to come off like that.

What a joke. 03-lmfao

-You predicted that the MAC was going to sign with the New Orleans Bowl and game in Fort Worth when there was never a prayer of this happening.

-You've got NIU to the B12 on a short list of moves because it feels right to you.

-Demanding 6 bowl games for a conference that in some years has only 5 bowl eligible teams.

-Texting every other line in caps like a psycho.....enough said there.

Your mind is as impotent as your football team.

Meanwhile, you have the ******* dumbest posts on this whole ******* board, and that is saying something. Do you know how "special" you must be to be the King Retard of this place?
