RE: NIU at Toledo
They said the same thing when he was out for the 7 games. The issue is him. The kid needs to grow up. The problem with NIU is there is no player leadership and the best player is still a child. The other problem is the head coach has more energy and toughness than any of the players, at this point.

No, they said he was suspended but not the reason for it or the length of the suspension.

Take Nader on the bus trip to Toledo and leave him there. He'll see how much nicer it is in DeKalb.

He will also see a much nicer campus and lots of fans in attendance.

RE: NIU at Toledo
I thought they said he was suspended, but only after a couple of games had passed. There is only one more game and one tourney game, so is he done for the season? I don't know what personal and family issues means. When you say personal that makes it about him. I know coaches are full of sh&t, but I don't know how they can deal with these kids. I just want to choke most of them. They don't know how good they got it and too many don't appreciate what they have.

Do not become a teacher or coach, please. It's for everybody's benefit.

Why? Toledo sucks and is a miserable place now, as it will be during football season.

Illinois is an amazing place to live. High taxes and tons of crime. Chicago is going down the toilet.

I doubt anyone on here lives in Chicago outside of Wrigleyville.

I'm just saying DeKalb isn't exactly Camelot and other than football, NIU doesn't have a ton to brag about right now.

Nah, we are the poster state for the NRA. As soon as concealed carry is passed and we are all able to walk around with a sawed-off shotgun strapped to our legs and shoot whoever we want, all will be just fine. You know, just like Ohio!

Correction; Chicago has clogged the toilet.

Compared to Toledo, East St. Louis is Camelot!

People tend to forget that we have recently been MAC champs in sports other than football. And, once we sell off our basketball prgrams, the money can be put into those sports.
