Unless they already leave campus to go home Tuesday night since they are done with class.

Don't you think a lot of the students will be gone the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving?

Students who are fans WILL stay for this game. It wont get the fair weather fan but it will be a good/drunk/loud bunch.

Typical student fans don't say for the Friday 11am game.

A lot yes but the ones who are fans will stay.

Also that is a BIG party night so it works out great for them.

I'd still like to kick Compher in the balls for the Idaho game.

Its still going to be better than the EMU game in 2011.

The annual highlight of the home schedule will take place on Saturday, Oct. 19 when defending MAC champion and Orange Bowl participant Northern Illinois comes to Mount Pleasant for Homecoming.

Hope Doeren and the Wolfpack rough them up a bit a few weeks before and then we get revenge for that damn 2011 loss up there. I can't believe we were their homecoming game, granted they didn't have any options besides us but I hope we whoop them on that day.

RE: 2013 FB schedule
There are also the 6 WPWR games and the 3 STO (now FOX) games that are still to be announced.

I bet that we pick up at least 2 of those for our conference games.

We are Purdue's HC opponent also.

Nothing like making the home crowd have a rough outing on their day of festivities.

I am guessing the Kent and CMU games get picked up for ESPN Regional (WPWR).

RE: 2013 FB schedule
Thinking about it more we have a tough schedule next year. I could easily see us ending up at 8 - 4 or 9 - 3. Two road BIG games along withToledo and CMU on the road will be tough. We haven't won at CMU in almost a decade. Also add in the fact that just about every team will be gunning for us as we are highlighting many away schedules. We need to show up every week and be ready to play a full game.

RE: 2013 FB schedule
Believe it or not, someone from the national media was paying attention to our schedule release:

Sports Illustrated's Andy Staples

@Andy_Staples Northern Illinois released its schedule today. That Sept. 14 game at Idaho may be the worst home loss a team takes next season.

What is the deal with STO that we have? There is nothing mentioned about it in the MAC press release, only additional ESPN regionals games being announced.
