I voted yes, but will give him one more year. Our defense tackles horribly. That's on Brian Mitchell. Our offense sputters like a Grenada. That's on Lincoln Riley. Our special teams stink too and all this added together is on Ruff.

If I'm TH, I give him a stern warning. He needs to know that his seat has the temp of an erupting volcano. As far as assistants, some of them need to stay in UTEP.

But even if its the OC or DC fault Ruff still has to do something about it. So It would still be his fault

NO. Caveat: DD benched, next QB on short leash with very little room to make audibles. Besides, Davis is too dumb to read the D so he has to look over to the sideline for someone to tell him what's going on.

I let the season finish then evaluate everything. I think he gets one more year because of all the injuries and who we've played so far. Honestly UTEP is the only team that we've lost to so far that I thought we would beat at the beginning of the season. I think we're underachieving for the players we've got on this field. We've got a talented young team, but it's just not clicking.

I would like to see a bigger RB. I know that everyone says these guys are perfect for the system, but we need someone who doesn't fall over when a DT farts in his direction. How big is Chris Hairston and Hunter Furr?

I guess you have to start Davis on senior night, but if we lose he shouldn't even make the trip to Marshall. I have never seen a QB regress as much as he has. He is trash.

I say pull a spurrier. Davis 1st quarter, Rio the 2nd, and play the hot hand in the 2nd half. What do we have to lose at this point?

How about running a different kind of offense besides all shotgun with just screens and slants as Passing plays.. Run an offense we had with Pinkney.. Mix it up with Shotgun, I formation but with the same tempo.

If we lose next week.. DD should pack it up and start training for an attempt at Canadian/European football.

DD will never be a NFL QB EVER!

We don't have the personnel for that. Our running backs can't plow through tackles and our only player similar to a TE has been hurt all year.

This. Anybody that thinks he should be fired needs to study our roster this year and think long and hard about what they would do. Consider the injuries sustained before the season even began and the injuries we've suffered since. We don't have enough talent, experience OR depth in the SR and JR classes right now. Ruff has piece mealed 2 seasons together. We got spoiled on the B2B CUSA championships. It runs in a cycle and we're in a down cycle. It's that simple.

DD shouldn't play next week but he will b/c of SR night.
