I know I shouldn't have thought it was funny, but yet I did and couldn't stop laughing. Security did a complete joke of a job on this one. He had probably 30 seconds out there with no one around him. Long enough to cart wheel, do a little dance, and jog around before a single security guard showed up.

There is no excuse for ever exposing yourself to a child. Regardless of it was a dare or he was drunk. As far as the military he had 3 1/2 hours to do this and he does it during the 5 minutes they were on the field??

I have spoken to many people tonight who thought it was "just a dare" or "all in good fun" but when you have your 8 year old daughter crying because she just had an adult male shake his ***** in front of her you lose ALL sympathy for what drove him to do this.

I don't think PN was being sympathetic toward him, just disagreeing about his motivation. His opinion seems more likely to me as well, but I have no problem with him getting lots of jail time over it. Just a lesser degree to a drunk driver killing someone. They "don't mean to hurt anyone" and were "just having fun" but that doesn't change the actual consequences of their actions.

Just mad right now folks. The game was embarrassing anyway and to have this happen to my kids, all the other kids, and on the field the same time as all of the military Commanders was a lot to take. I hope he does get jail time and expelled from school but who knows these days.

I definitely agree that he should be punished and not just a slap on the wrist. It was inappropriate. That being said I dont think his INTENTION was to "disrespect the military as well as molest children"... I think his intention was to streak and have his few seconds of fame, but while doing so he did disrespect the military and expose himself to children and should be punished.

In some locales people who urinate in public (dark alley, wherever) are required to register as sex offenders.

I have to agree that this guys actions were completely inappropriate. I am not sure if it was to disrespect the military or if that time just was more opportune. If his objective was to get a lot of exposure he should have done it much sooner before most of the frustrated ECU fans left the game after that embarrassing display of football.

With that said, I do not feel his intentions were to molest children. I was there with my 8 year old daughter and I certainly did not approve. However, she certainly was not crying or upset by it. It was one of those unfortunate things that happens and you explain it as best you can as a parent.

I'd say charge him with indecent exposure and ban him for life from all sporting events at East Carolina

BTW, I don't think he was doing it to molest kids. Disrespectful? yes, but I think it had much more to do with just a stupid kid doing something stupid and looking a little bit of attention than anything. That said, if he navigated the steps and jumped the barriers like that and was drunk, i'm impressed.

nasty, I think that's the law in NC to keep people from doing this. I know that there used to be a fraternity that made their guys streak to the rr track and back. My stepbrother streaked downtown greenville in the early/mid 90's. He actually ran past a cop who told him to slow down to keep from running over someone.

I think the initial impulse of a lot of people was to laugh but imagine this guy doing this across a school playground?!? What is the difference? There are several thousand LESS children on the playground.
