It was military appreciation day and while they were honoring the leaders of all the branches in attendance for the decades of service this fool ran onto the field directly behind them. What is even more sadening is all the people cheering for this "adult" male willfully and intentionally exposing his genitals to thousands of underage kids. Everything was very visible and my 8 year old daughter saw this.
We spoke to a lawyer friend who also saw this and said that the only real issue would be if it was sexual in nature. The hip thrust would ceratainly be hard to deny as sexually suggestive. I hope beyond the criminal offenses he is also brought up on Civil charges.
He will more than likely be forced to register as a sex offender.
I will be following this very closely and will most likely be bringing up Civil charges. I have already spoken too and will be meeting at ECU Monday. We spoke to the head of security before we left the stadium. I hope he has 5,000 separate charges brought against him.
So, you're the self-appointed person in charge of righteousness. I can see no motive for your civil charges unless your real goal, of course, is
MONEY. Perhaps you saw something you don't see often and feel left out.
If some little kids were crying, it's not because they saw a streaker 50-yards (at a minimum) away. It's more likely because they laughed, and their self-righteous parents yelled at them in public. It always happens that way, and then they claim they were offended. I'll bet the people in the seats next to them can support the truth on that. If there's any trauma for little kids from this, it's from over-reacting parents.
20+ years ago, a streaker also came out, this time from the other end (before the 1000% tuition increases) and there was a fence at each end, not multi-million dollar additions at each end. He danced at mid-field also, and made it to the fence that is now in the Boneyard area. He didn't make it over the fence. No big deal.
The only little kids that I know saw this streaker wondered where his clothes were, and asked if he found them. That's the way little kids are, until a parent like you makes a huge deal out of it.
As soon as I saw the word "lawyer," I knew what you were about.
