I think the song is funny, but for a party leader to mail it to everyone on a CD is a monumentally stupid thing to do.

No, the reason why the "wingnuts" lost the election is because the majority of the dumbasses in this country found a way to vote themselves the treasury and are clinging to a party that pimps that same mantra.

Another wingnut with no facts to back up his Repub talking points, read the following demographic breakdown of the 08 Presidential vote:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._presid...tion,_2008

Of the 8 income brackets listed, the highest annual income bracket($200K+)
gave Obama his 4th largest margin of victory (52/46). Obama also carried the $75K-$99,999 income bracket (51/48). Even if the election were limited to voters with annual incomes higher than 75K, Obama still carries the popular vote. So much for the bull**** class warfare arguments that are posted here! 03-nutkick

No it wasn't lower income groups that won the election, it was an electorate tired of Repubs running the nation poorly and into the ground along with Mc Same supporting the same failed Bush policies. The hate being spewed by Mc Same supporters at rallies hurt him also.

Yep I can hear it now from the wingnuts "just because it's listed on Wikipedia doesn't make it factual" . RE: Barack the magic negro
The 2008 election was about people being p*ss*d off at Shrub. When McCain wouldn't (or couldn't) distance himself from Shrub, the ABB (anybody but Bush) vote doomed him.

People in the over $200K bracket will do fine under Obama. They have the ability to insulate themselves from any government policies. I am wondering right now whether I'm going to have to put myself back into that bracket to survive Obama, or can stay semi-retired and make it.

The bottom brackets will do okay too, at least in terms of getting increased handouts. The problem is that you can't increase their handouts without simultaneously increasing the penalties as they try to get off the dole and out on their own. Our highest marginal "tax brackets" are in the income ranges where people start to become disqualified for benefits. Often the benefits they lose are more than 100% of the income they make. Until our welfare system is revised to eliminate this, the underclass will remain a permanent underclass. That suits the democrats fine, becuase they figure as long as they stay poor, they'll keep voting democrat. There's a huge opportunity for republicans here, but so far they've been too stupid to realize it.

The people who will get hurt the worst are those in the middle to upper-middle classes that are going to be losing jobs by the boatload. To paraphrase Ross Perot, you're going to hear a "loud sucking sound" once people realize that the US is no longer a place where businesses can operate profitably, particularly when they are having to compete with companies from other countries where the rules are different and friendlier to businesses. One thing I've learned from experience is that the mature socialist countries realize that socialism doesn't work without jobs, and there are no jobs without employers, so in order to survive their governments must adopt a much cozier attitude toward business than we have here. Industries that get corporate welfare, like "green" industries, will stay here; the rest will leave. The longer the world economy remains in recession/depression, the greater the pressure will be to lop off the high-cost providers. That's not going to help provide jobs in the US.

I have a different take on it. The Money IS the reason he won. He raised over 750 million dollars. He bought the white house by concentrating his efforts in battleground urban cities areas of Fla, Penn, Ohio, etc. He out spent McCain 10 to 1 and only won by about 2% of 120 million voters. McCain lost the election more than Obama won it.

BTW, 200 million dollars was illegally obtained from foreign donations. Which to appease the election commission (if it comes to that) will be donated to charity. When in actuality he should be prosecuted for not keeping track of who donated his campaign money.

Obama the magic nergo is a fraud, a usurper, an interloper and will have the first illegitimate presidency.

We will never see any thing come of any of Obama's little secrets ... he was installed by Politically Gigantic & Powerful Corporate America Businessmen ....

Obama is there too "clean the political pipes". They see the need to realign and move the Chess pieces around the board, until they can reposition them too where they want them.

You really have to wonder how an Unknown Guy loses 27 out of 50 States, but still gets elected by a "Landslide" with a Mandate from the People .... man are we that easily conned ???

If you put "Most of these States" in one corner of the Continental United States, the land mass would not make up 1/3 of our Nations Acreage .... something just "ain't right". 01-wingedeagle 01-wingedeagle

GW threw them a monkey wrench and McCain was no good for their purposes. So now, they have got to readjust, so they can keep making their $trillions$ while controlling government. I mean "Gas is ONLY a $1.50 per gallon" and we know we can't have that !!!

As far as being the First Illegitimate POTUS, I honestly believe the moment we let the SCOTUS "Elect" our POTUS for us (nice Rhymes), the whole thing became more ugly and corrupt than it had been since the Fallacy of the Federalist Papers.

Do you ever "notice" that there were No Poor White Guys in Government back then either ????

I am a little confused. You say Obama was "installed by Politically Gigantic & Powerful Corporate America Businessmen ...." yet one would think that these rich and powerful people would be AGAINST Obama because his higher taxes will effect them.

Think about it for a minute.

Why do think they might have done that?

They're not the people who will get hurt. The people who have already gotten ahead will find ways to wire around those taxes. The people who get hurt will be those who are trying to get ahead. But, of course, they don't tell you that.

You saw how fast Obama turned 180 Degrees.

He was the better choice in the long haul for Big Business than was McCain.

Just honestly watch the next 4 Years and see if what I say does not appear to happen.

Politics is a "Fixed Race" where the only winners are the Rich Fat Cat Corporate Moguls.

It was bought and paid for a long long time ago.

You are kidding right? Obama better for "the fat cats" than McCain? 03-melodramatic You are hopeless. You guys on the right continually say that Obama will chase business out of the US so why would they support Obama unless they WANT to move their businesses out of the US. THen I say good riddence and don't let the door hit them on the ass on the way out. Oh, don't forget to put a huge tax on their crap if they try to import it.

Coulter - she talks down to everyone who disagrees with her and laughs it off like the other guy is nothing. I really don't like her.

What do you mean could? It is obvious you do. You repeat what he says in all your posts. I don't know if he is the best but he isn't stupid-just wrong.

At least you have some taste and admit that Ann Coulter is horrible.
