Because they know that most Republicans consider themselves Christian and many Jews do not like Christians..."the enemy of my enemy is my friend".
There are videos of Jews in Israel attacking Christians who are evangelizing. It is not enough to just ignore them they actually get violent against the evangelists. They are modern day Pharisees. Not really caring that the Demonicrats hate Jews just as much as they hate Republicans. Not to smart these Jews...no common sense.

Thank God that Michigan avoided another Fetterman. Stevens just destroyed any possible future for her politically. And her defection will do nothing to move the needle here. It appears to be nothing but sour grapes and placating her closeted GOP fiancé.

Says the so-called "independent" who loves to carry water for the left. We know you're going to vote for El-Sayed, if you haven't done so already. Don't come crying to us when you get forced to accept Islam just to stay alive. I'd rather they kill me than force me to accept Allah. And trust me, they want all of us who don't believe in Allah dead. But go ahead and tell us how we don't use critical thinking skills. Sir, you wouldn't know actual critical thinking if if punched you the face.
So brainwashed.

Definitely a head scratcher. I have a really good friend that is a Jew turned Christian.
He summed it up best as while the Jewish race is very smart intellectually they have a black hole for common sense.
The lack of common sense, innate arrogance which he says comes from the Jewish religion and having zero self awareness of how others perceive them. Jews tend to place their ideology and importance over what others think or believe and its results have been disastrous ie Holocaust.
He stated they are the same today as before the Holocaust in this thinking.
You can agree with him or disagree but to me it just sounds like some over educated fool who will be slaughtered before self preservation comes to mind and as we have seen you don’t have to Jewish to fall into this category

He may not have to deal with Islam but he is definitely setting up his offspring to deal with them and their cult.

I've STILL never called myself an independent.

Exactly. I see what’s going on and I’m trying to get people to wake up. But they have to be willing to wake up. Sadly, a lot of them are fine with living with their heads buried in the sand.

Tom doesn't care, GC.
That's why I don't pray for him or any leftist for that matter.

Maybe, maybe not. No way to prove it or disprove it, but I think if Stevens had won this election, she would’ve become “another Slotkin” — someone who doesn’t personally go around in public chanting the most insane/disturbing passages in the Progressive catechism, but who still votes the party line at least 99.9% of the time. That is absolutely the path she followed in the 9-10 years between her first candidacy for Congress and her loss to El-Sayed. And, regardless of how it all turns out tomorrow, I thank God that Michigan is avoiding that.
Quote:Stevens just destroyed any possible future for her politically.
Agreed. But that argues in favor of the idea that she is speaking from sincere belief, and not from an expectation of political reward.
Quote:her defection will do nothing to move the needle here. It appears to be nothing but sour grapes and placating her closeted GOP fiancé.
Again: maybe, maybe not. What result could prove or disprove it?
But I have to say, based on the intense reactions from Democrats all over the country, I don’t think they agree with you. For some of them, “intense” is actually an understatement.
As for the fiancé, I’d be curious if there is any public evidence of him supporting GOP for anything, anywhere, ever, prior Stevens’ loss in the primary. Could be, but I doubt it.

I heard that the fiancé was either working to get Susan Collins reelected or donating money to her or helping raise money for her. I haven't really looked into it further. So perhaps I heard wrong.
As far as reactions from Democrats, I'm referring to those in the know here in Michigan. Several of which are deeply involved in MI politics and have been for many many years. They are usually right on the money with their opinions.
It seems like the biggest sticking point with her and her fiancé is Israel. That's not a hill any Michigan democrat should die on. That's not a top focus here.

With all due respect, Tom, that ad blaming high prices on Israel was completely inaccurate, in my opinion. And El-Sayed’s unwillingness to condemn it was most likely the straw that broke the camel’s back for Stevens, and, speaking as objectively as I possibly can, I don’t blame her. That said, I’m not a Michigander like you are.

I’ve seen that commercial. I honestly thought it felt like a set-up — some anonymous group pays for a political message that is so ugly, so nasty, so WAY out of bounds, and then El-Sayed puts on his “moderate” hat (only for a few seconds) and graciously slaps it down as unacceptable. The whole situation really seemed scripted to me, and I was surprised when El-Sayed didn’t play along with his assigned role.

Oh for sure that would've been her. Those are the kinds of Democrats we elect in Michigan. El-Sayed would be the exception. Difference between her & El-Sayed is Slotkin is a follower. El-Sayed wants to make headlines. You'll hear as much from him as you do Fetterman, AOC, etc.

The video supporting El-Sayed by blaming everything on “The Jews” was bought and paid for by Hasan Piker’s Uncle. Extremists in the Democrat Party are linking everything to “The Jews” and Democrats eat it up.
