This supposed "war" on oil was nothing more than a PR move for his base. The industry was not effected hardly at all. The numbers show it. Production soared under Biden.

The CA average (highest) is $5.74/gal and the IN average (lowest) is $3.42. $2.30/gal difference. CA is a disaster. And they could be the biggest producer of oil in the country but refuse to produce it.
