There is an 8 ish minute video shot from across the street where they don’t do **** for medical aid while they won’t let a physician help.

“They tried to hit me with their car” is the #1 “I shot them and now I need an excuse” used by cops. First shot was in the side of the windshield, second shot was through the side window, and the car was almost completely past him when he fired the third shot.

Now the question is, if you are shooting to stop this lady from running over you, why were you still shooting when you were out of the way to the side then almost behind the car?

I’m guessing that is the question a state of MN DA wants to ask that guy.
