But they later found a photo of the note.
And you cannot ever completely delete texts from the net, once they have been sent. They are no longer just on the phone, once you hit send. Recovery has been accomplished a lot, for years.
Plus. look above at all the other evidence. Robinson also confessed to his father.
Wait a minute! Somebody took a picture of the note?
Yep. That is what has been reported. The original was burned. My guess is it was the roommate who did both, and is now reportedly cooperating fully with the investigation.
Probably to save his own ass. Which is also why he likely took the photo. It was in his possession.

Nope. I have no interest in believing anybody. I try to go strictly by the evidence presented in the media, particularly if it comes from pressers, as opposed to reported stories.
Here's what I believe so far, based on that premise.
* His DNA was on the screwdriver left on the roof.
* His DNA was on the trigger of the alleged murder weapon.
* His DNA was on other parts of the rifle.
* The rifle has been identified as the murder weapon.
* His DNA was found on three of the 4 bullets (including the one that killed Kirk).
* There is a photo of a note found in his home that tells his roommate he is going to kill Kirk.
* There is video of a person jumping off the roof right after the shooting, carrying a bag that was large enough to contain a rifle, especially if it had been broken down. (the screwdriver leads us to believe he either assembled or disassembled the gun on the roof, or perhaps did both, especially since it was lying on the roof, which supports that he used it up there for some purpose).
* His father saw the videos and photos released by the FBI, and he and the mother both agreed that it looked like Tyler.
* He told his roommate lover in the text messages that he did it.
* He told his father that he did it.
* He told his father he would prefer to kill himself rather than turn himself in. His father was the one who convinced him to turn himself in, so the father absolutely believes he did it.
I'm sure there is more. I'm just typing this off the top of my head. FOR NOW, it's more than enough to convince me that they have the right guy, but I'm certainly not naive enough to think that it's a 100% done deal.
I also believe that either he had help, or he at least told people before and/or after about this, and yet those people said nothing to the authorities, so I'm sure there is more to come.
It's not too much too fast? I've never seen a case like this wrapped up with a bow tie that easily. So again, it wasn't just the text messages. It's a) inconsistencies; b) speed; and c)combined all that with those messages. It just looks all a little too convenient to me.
Well, we usually agree on most things here. This one is an exception.
I don't consider it too much too fast. I consider it overwhelming evidence, and LE got unbelievably lucky. Quickly.
But if additional evidence is more overwhelming, and points elsewhere, then I'm good with that, too.
Just curious. What are the inconsistencies that are bothering you?
1. The photo of the person captured in video on the steps does not look like Robinson. Similar features like age, dark hair, etc., but the individual they released to the public and the person now detained has a different jaw line, nose, and ears.
2. The way in which the affidavit describes the rifle gives the indication that it was fully in tact when recovered. Granted it's not stated explicitly but it does discuss the scope still in tact so not describing a broken down weapon in the affidavit would be a significant oversight if so. Yet, there is no rifle seen on egress when he jumped down from the rooftop. It's unlikely he's going to be able to fit a full rifle in a backpack. Even if he was wearing one of the extended length backpacks wouldn't fit. If it was a duffel bag where did it come from, because he was not seen with one earlier?
3. So that takes us back to the rooftop and screwdriver. Let's assume he broke it down even though the affidavit doesn't paint that picture. Let's pretend that's what happened. So, he's going to fire the shot, grab the tool, break it down with the screw driver with all that adrenaline flowing, stuff it in his backpack, run all the way back across the roof to where he exited and do all that in the same minute the shot was fired? That's pretty impressive for an untrained person who only started "planning" this a week earlier, was using his grandfather's gun which he probably hasn't fired but a few times in his life if at all.
I mean there's a pretty big leap of faith here on all that. That said, I get updated on it tomorrow so won't be able to talk about it after that. This is just my opinion based off of experience and what I've seen online and in media so far. I hope they have the guy and there isn't a bigger conspiracy belying all this. I'm just not there yet. Maybe I will be tomorrow.

TripleA, I will just caveat all that with a more important premise, philosophical position, or whatever you want to call it. And that is it doesn't matter what I said above.
What matters is a truth teller who was bringing people to the Lord was taken out because of very dark forces in this world. This wasn't a political hit. It was a spiritual one. And I know there is a purpose for this moment in time playing out the way it has. God bless to all.

Hi might have used the screwdriver to reassemble it BEFORE the shot. Once he took the shot he had to scram. Didn't have time to disassemble (remove the scope). Left the screwdriver and ran.
Dumped the rifle because it would look too conspicuous to see some dude walking around with a rifle shortly after someone was assassinated.

In this scenario it's the period between egress and dumping the rifle that's the issue. He didn't leave it on the rooftop or at the base of the building. We have video of him jumping off the rooftop. There is no rifle present. Or anything resembling something wrapped in a towel.

I think he had it in the bag, along with the towel. Where he left it in the woods was where he reportedly stopped to change clothes.
I respect your opinion. I simply disagree with it at this point, but that doesn't mean I can't be persuaded with more evidence or revelations from the investigation.
But to me, right now, the evidence seems overwhelming. In any event like this, especially when all we get are media reports, it's not unusual to have loose ends, or questions.

Go search your phone text messages. Have you boomers ever sent messaged like this, let alone a 22 year old furry gay trans thingy lol. There are ZERO statements from Tyler, Lancy Twiggy (is that a name?) the parents, there's not a million social posts about these people? You now trust the FBI because Trump is POTUS? We know NOTHING about Crooks.
Nobody sends texts like this or this long. Look at the language.

Let's see, whom should I trust about this particular case?
Kash Patel, or some anonymous dude on a message board with the name 513Alex, who just showed up recently? Duh...

I agree. Those texts arent natural. Nothing like the txts of a 22 yr old, regardless of how much of a genius he was. However, I dont believe it was the FBI fabricating those messages. The originals can be recovered.
I think its scripted by the killer and his collaborators to "cover" their bases, point by point, to ensure no one else gets caught.

OK AAA. You made a mistake I posted anomalies and you posted a slight dig on me personally. You did not address what I posted. Kash Patel and Bondi have not done chit. Who benefits from Kirk's death? How long ago did the FBI set up innocent people in the Whitmer thing. They tried to stick Trump and all of his associates in prison for life. Now we Trust them?

Correct. This is not left vs right, trans freaks vs normal people, this is a hit at the highest order of intelligence. Has anyone mentioned Kirk's "struggle session" at the Hamptons or his meeting the night before he was murdered?

Now we Trust them?
who was running the FBI at that time ... the politicized witch hunt is heavily documented on this site and how we reacted ... do your own fk'n due...
how many heads have rolled since Patel took over...
jfc ... they landed three acquittals and nine convictions in the Whitmer case ... do a huh???

I didn't make a mistake. I'm allowed to post as I see fit. I read your post. I simply disagree, and I explained my position on some of those points earlier. Guess you missed it.
I'm not going to argue with you point by point, b/c neither of us knows anything beyond the media reports, so it's like two blind men talking about how hot the chick in the room with us is.
There is a LOT of evidence that has been shared, but they never share everything. Robinson's dad turned him in. That's pretty convincing by itself. Everything else also points to him. Is it all cut and dried? Of course not. Things like this never are.
If I see additional evidence going the other way, I'm certainly open to changing my opinion.
As for trusting the FBI in general, I didn't trust Comey or Wray, b/c they got caught in lies over the years.
I haven't had that experience with Patel yet, so he has the benefit of the doubt, until he proves untrustworthy.
None of us know anything b/c we aren't involved. You never get the full story from the media. Let's see how it goes.

Nobody sends texts like this or this long. Look at the language.

> Makes his confession.
> Confirms location of the weapon.
> Confirms the type of weapon.
> Confirms it was wrapped in a towel.
> Confirms his motive.
> Exonerates the decoy [George Zinn].
> Admits to the bullet engravings.
> Confirms the wardrobe change.
> Confirms how long he’s been planning it.
> Discloses the existence and location of a [now destroyed] pre-written confession note.
> Randomly tells his boyfriend that his dad is die hard MAGA (as if he wouldn’t already know given the nature of their relationship)
> And is worried about his Dad/Grandpa being upset if he doesn’t come home with the rifle, not the fact that he just used it to commit a murder.
Not to mention a 22-year old terminally online Zoomer using phrases like:
“Squad car”
“Drop point”
“Swept the area”
“My vehicle”
“Till I died of old age”
“My old man”

I dont agree with that. I think its the transtifa mafia, supported financially by their leftwing NGo's.

Thank you very much! Let's not forget Mueller and of course J. Edgar probably the most corrupt federal employee in the history of the USA.
Trust me on this. The crime scene was never secured. The TPUSA cameras were removed really fast. They had about 4 of them.

RE: Charlie Kirk Shot In The Neck and Killed, RIP, Then Game On
Kirk's autopsy was done the day after his execution. Is anyone curious why nothing has been leaked to confirm a 30-06 neck shot? Would there be a huge exit wound in the rear of neck and blood everywhere on that white banner? All the blood spatter suggests an entrance wound from the right and the neck wound is the exit wound.

Right, it had to be broken down in the backpack. Lets just be logical----if he had any intention of escaping---he couldnt be walking away from the campus with a rifle visible. That would have attracted attention even without a shooting. Logic says he broke it down before bailing off the roof. The assumption the rifle was found fully assembled is just an assumption that has no real basis right now.
