Actually, no. He wasn't. He wanted people to debate him on ideas. He gave those who disagreed with him a platform to express their views. That's why he would go to college campuses. He advocated for people to be able to succeed, but on merit, not special treatment. He abhored fascism in all its forms. Last I checked, that does not a fascist make. (But you don't care because you're a brainwashed leftist who didn't start posting here until after he was shot and killed.)

I think you might be struggling with what a dictatorial leader is. When someone says “I’m the president I can do what I want” they are telling you
2. Taking power away from the states and other branches of government is centralizing power by definition.
3. Weaponizing federal agencies and illegally firing government officials is definitely suppression of opposition
