Bondi takes a sledgehammer to rogue NJ liberal judges
NJ judges colluded to prevent Alina Habba from being extended another 120 days as US Attorney while she awaits her senate confirmation hearing. They wanted her out, and wanted the "first assistant" to be put in her place.

So Bondi fired the "first assistant".

womp womp

"Rogue judges" -- lol.

28 U.S. Code § 546 - Vacancies

(d) If an appointment expires [after the 120 days has ended for an interim appointment] under subsection ©(2), the district court for such district may appoint a United States attorney to serve until the vacancy is filled.

Last I saw US Attorneys needed Senate confirmation, and any interim (by law) is limited to 120 days.

Quite the 'rogue judges' to literally follow the law as written. Double lolz.

The funny thing is that the right used to be the political side that hated 'law by pulling it out of your ass.'

Apparently not so much anymore. Bizarro world (as Ive said before).

Bondi takes a sledgehammer to rogue NJ liberal judges
Sooo, would these same judges have voted the same way had Sloe* or the Ho appointed the U.S. Attorney for Joisey?

If so, great.
If not, then yes. Rogue. They aren’t the friggin Chief Exec officer that makes these appointments. The POTUS is, no matter who that may be.

Should the senate get off their assses and confirm her? Yes. But in the meantime the POTUS should have his appointment in the interim.

This ain’t hard. Less you’re pulling for the other “team”. Rogue is a pretty good term for this kinda partisan crap.

And the judges are simply following the law of interim appointments. Notwithstanding your comments above.

There is a reason why interim appointments are, well...... interim.

'partisan crap'. I would suggest that Habba's experience doesnt put her anywhere near the experience necessary for the position.

Her 120 days is up, the judges think she is incompetent, and they voted not to extend her. All the while Trump sat on his ass in getting the full appointment through.

And -- in that case, the law is the law. 120 days and you are out, and if not extended, the judges vote in the interim. Until Trump does his thing.

Easy peasy.

Been that way for 70 years. Now its 'rogue judges'. Lolz.

Dont have standing in the first place.

In the second place, dont have the time.

In the third place, its fairly fun to watch everyone 'chicken little' over <scary music> "ROGUE JUDGES" <end scary music> when the process has been in place for a pretty long time.

Its simply amazing how many simply quaff down anything they read on a tweet.

But an 'A' for effort in trying make shade. At least you didnt run down the 'it said "rogue judges" in the tweet so I am simply going to regurgitate". But you *did* race the churlish ******* defensive comment of above.

Inside baseball. Most attorneys are dooshbags.

Only did law because I needed a job and admittedly I wasn't sharp enough in certain areas to go to a great MBA program. I'm good at thinking around corners to find solutions. That and recurve bow hunting are my only superpowers.

How'd it work out for them? Did they get their person in??

They acted like douchenozzles. Habba was doing a fine job in her position, had the backing of law enforcement agencies, and these jackholes decided to get political and go around her.

And Bondi just neutered them.

And Bondi just neutered them.

How’d it work out for them? They voted under the law not to extend her. And she wasn’t extended.

And honestly, the only people that have any insight into her ability would seemingly be ——. The people who saw her actions literally on a day to day basis. And that point seems to have been noted.

I hope the next interim can get confirmed. Then the ‘political doucenozzles’ you seem to be absurdly butthurt over don’t have to do that action under the law again.

You seem to have some inside line into the voting process above. Or, you are simply pulling garbage out of your ass to make up for that perpetual victimhood that seemingly drives the above ‘analysis’. That and the perpetual stupid ass war cry of ‘rogue judges’ that seems to be your new parrot myna bird comment. Cool cool.

That generalization seems pretty spot on for the very consistent acitivity of whiny bitching at just about every opportunity exhibited by a special few.

Both Senate seats are held by Democrats, and they opposed her. These are not rogue judges. Judges do that all the time in each state even Republican judges who did the same thing as the NJ judges.
