RE: Bondi takes a sledgehammer to rogue NJ liberal judges
Pam Bondi is over stepping her authority here. She should be serving the people of this country, and not for Trump. She is the one going rogue and not know her real authority.

If so, great.
Doesnt matter.
Quote:If not, then yes. Rogue. They aren’t the friggin Chief Exec officer that makes these appointments. The POTUS is, no matter who that may be.
And the judges are simply following the law of interim appointments. Notwithstanding your comments above.
Quote:Should the senate get off their assses and confirm her? Yes. But in the meantime the POTUS should have his appointment in the interim.
There is a reason why interim appointments are, well...... interim.
Quote:This ain’t hard. Less you’re pulling for the other “team”. Rogue is a pretty good term for this kinda partisan crap.
'partisan crap'. I would suggest that Habba's experience doesnt put her anywhere near the experience necessary for the position.
Her 120 days is up, the judges think she is incompetent, and they voted not to extend her. All the while Trump sat on his ass in getting the full appointment through.
And -- in that case, the law is the law. 120 days and you are out, and if not extended, the judges vote in the interim. Until Trump does his thing.
Easy peasy.
Been that way for 70 years. Now its 'rogue judges'. Lolz.
Sure.
Lolz
You just repeated most all of what I said. double lolz.
I really don’t care what you may have “suggested”, this is up to the Executive branch and Chief Executive, not a bunch of local Jersey judges.
Exactly as I said above.
Easy peasy, lemon squeezie, “Counselor”.
Save the dictaphone 2000 word rebuttal, I’ve read enough of them already.

At this point -- it *is* up to the NJ District judges. By law.
No matter how many times you tap your ruby red shoes together and keep repeating 'its the Executive'. In this instance -- no, no it isnt.
Last I saw US Attorneys needed Senate confirmation, and any interim (by law) is limited to 120 days.
Quite the 'rogue judges' to literally follow the law as written. Double lolz.
semantics are meaningless...

Apparently not so much anymore. Bizarro world (as Ive said before).

RE: Bondi takes a sledgehammer to rogue NJ liberal judges
As much as I loathe Pam Bondi, and see her as an obstacle to hanging every politician in DC with a D next to their name, she is the boss. The judges, who work for Bondi, made a mistake and Bondi corrected it.
Not a big fan of the “sledgehammer” optics but I support any decision that undermines partisan judges.

To be fair, she should be hanging every politician in DC who deserves it regardless of which letter is next to them. While it looks like there are more D's than R's who should be on the list, it is both sides.

I guess no one explained to him that Trump won. And as his demigod said “elections have consequences”,

That’s an excellent and fair point. I’m not going to be upset if Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham are swinging on the same rope 99.9% of Democrats in DC are swinging from.

Im glad you are all on board with rule by decree and the normalization of it.
Seems pretty stupid to me overall. No matter which side practices it.

The left has long played by Alinsky's rules.
One of the ways the right can fight back is to make Rule #4 meaningless.
RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”
If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)
So, it's time the right has turned the table on the left.
The left hasn't played fair while counting on the right to do so.
It's not so fun now that the right has had to incorporate the left's strategic plan.

Apologies to rath.
Most people dont have the chronic, mortal, and quite honestly ignorantly generalilzed chip on the shoulder you seemingly have, my friend. Just saying.
How do you know? Because you know everything.
Yep, and about 20 of us are obviously retarded, per Tanq.
That generalization seems pretty spot on for the very consistent acitivity of whiny bitching at just about every opportunity exhibited by a special few.
Does it even penetrate that thick skull of yours that somehow, there are that many people on this one board with whom you cannot get along?
RE: Bondi takes a sledgehammer to rogue NJ liberal judges
As far as I know david, the AG works for the president like Eric "I'm the presidents wingman" Holder. You do remember, right? Maybe you don't as it's probably not convenient for you, you know, convenient memory I think it's called. Only what is convenient do you Demonics remember.
You should stay away from boards like this one, it's above your pay grade.

That would embarrass most normal people.
Cool. A 'nothing BUT whiny ***** shade' post. Lolz.
