I like that I am able to see them cook my food.

I went to a place somewhere in New Orleans I was told had good food. It was small so I sat at the bar and the cook was just feet away.

I ordered the special red beans and rice and a draft Guiness Stoit.

The food was so spicy I started sweating and it didn’t help the beer was like drinking fire.

This meal was made even more special because the Coonazz sitting by me was yelling at the cook. He was saying What’s wrong? Can’t you afford hot sauce? Do I need to go buy you some so you can learn how to cook.

I ate about half my meal and drank half of my beer and surrendered. Left covered in sweat
