RE: DOJ is bringing Abrego Garcia back to the US to face criminal charges
We've literally had politicians punch and shove federal agents. We've had politicians literally try to pull detainees away from federal agents while demanding those agents produce a warrant and tanq believes these are just well meaning servants respectively asking to see a warrant. And then another who made loud and aggressive moves toward a Cabinet member who is under Secret Service protection. Most of this all on video (though granted the corrupt media conveniently only showed a portion of that encounter). For most people they don't believe stuff until they see it. For tanq, he sees it and still argues falsehoods and lies as if the very thing our eyes proved to us never happened.
Tanq, you're "presenting a picture" of an attorney I would never want defending me.

Quote:While a federal judge has ordered the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia from criminal custody, he is unlikely to be freed due to pending immigration proceedings. He faces human smuggling charges and was mistakenly deported to El Salvador before being brought back to the US. Although a judge has ruled he is not a flight risk and can be released before trial, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to take him into custody immediately. Furthermore, the government has appealed the judge's decision and requested a stay of the release order, according to Democracy Docket.
In essence, the criminal case against Abrego Garcia is proceeding, but his release from criminal custody does not mean he will be free to go about his life. ICE will likely detain him and pursue deportation proceedings.

Could’ve just said illegal alien. Every last one of them needs to go to Sudan
Yeah, but I was talking specifically about Abrego Garcia.

Yep. And what he said about Tanq is exactly why I don't bother debating our resident attorney. It's futile, no matter what cogent points one makes. For all the reasons that TIBL listed.
Plus, who wants to read all that wordy garbage and try to respond intelligently to it? Tanq just ignores every good point anyone makes, then jumps on some minor crap and blows it up into a Supreme Court argument.
We are fortunate to have someone like TIBL who actually works for DHS, and can call his bluff on a lot of things.

LOL bye Felicia,
The Trump administration said it would send Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was wrongfully deported to El Salvador, to an unnamed "third country" as part of its renewed effort to deport him, multiple outlets reported on Thursday.

RE: DOJ is bringing Abrego Garcia back to the US to face criminal charges
Well, all that due process did Abrego Garcia a lot of good, lol.
This was always an idiotic argument. Dude already had two deportation orders against him. The only thing holding him back was a BS argument that a judge bought, believing that some other gangbanger was going to cause harm to Abrego if he ever came back to El Salvador.
Which, btw, was reported to be b/c Abrego helped murder the other dude's mother.
But now, with the new SCOTUS ruling, we can send him wherever the hell we want. So the judge's BS ruling can never be repeated.
I vote for Iran or North Korea.

Send him to Sentinel Island. There will be a great feast that evening. Garcia will be honored appropriately as the main course. Problem solved.
