At a 120 mile advance every 10 days---one would have to think so---but check with the Putin fan boys to make sure their super accurate Russian sources dont have the Russian troops already in France.

According to Putin it is. And so is Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, The Chezc Republic , East Germany and any where else a Russian soldier has placed a boot. Take him at his word.

Ukrainians are still on Russian territory. Heard that lately. Also Ukraine just took back several towns Russia was crowing to the world about a month ago. Russia is working hard on one million one hundred thousand casualties. Still soaking up Ukrainian ammo to the tune of an average of 1,100 a day.
And to top it all off they returned bodies to the Ukrainians that were supposedly lost Ukrainians but damn if many didn’t have Russian IDs on them. And many of the body parts still wore Russian uniforms. You just can’t make this chit up.

There was only ever one Putin fanboy here. Todor, I believe was the handle, and he hasn't been here in ages.
Not supporting Ukraine is not the same as supporting Russia.

You can rest easy Shere Karen. They want to buy stuff from us. Why aren’t we selling? And the Europeans are stepping up. And they are wanting to sell their drone technology. Not to mention they have made arms at a much cheaper cost than just about anyone. We could learn from that also.
Maybe one day Russia will find a way to win and you can tell us all how you called it all along. But it’s not looking good for you at the moment.

70% of the total monetary aid from all countries to Ukraine ends up in the US economy via the defense industry supply chain.

That's a sh!t ton of taxes and manufacturing jobs all the way down the line from the chip labs to the steel plants, to the engines in the air, to the rubber on the ground and everything in between.
US based defense sale exports in 2024 set an all time record.
Don't let anyone tell you this isn't a feature and a benefit.

RE: Meanwhile With Zelensky....
It's economic evil genius to get around appropriations bills and cash pumping the economy. Get the country polarized in the media so they don't see what is going on.
Send over billions of equipment that was aging out. We then buy new from domestic industry to replace. EU does the same...they can't keep up with production now due to them sending so much to Ukraine so the EU are now replacing depleted stock from US built industry at unheard of rates. Then a lot of the cash that is "sent" comes straight back since it was actually earmarked to go straight to the producers from the start anyways.
It's the modern Adam Smith Invisible Hand in action. The geopolitical stuff is secondary.

I'm just a realist (or jaded).
The US defense industry is currently at around $330 billion annually (and growing quickly).
That number doesn't even capture the subcontractors and supply and material manufacturing feeds into the industry market cap since due to the size and complexity nobody is able to adequately quantify them. The numbers turn into Bistromathics.
I'm just saying you want to stabilize an economy after something like Covid, there is one industry input that creates an immediate, tangible yet largely unseen result...if you can do it quietly while moving ahead some geopolitical goal, all the better.
