And I don't think you are even accurate on what farmers actually do. They don't kill all because something is "suspected." If they FIND flu in their flock, they kill them all to stop the spread as it's painful for the birds who will get effected and it stops it from spreading outside of the flock.

None of that has changed under trump that I'm aware of. All I've seen is that the incidents of the flu have waned. Probably because of the practices the farmers actually implemented.

Lastly, NO, the trend is not down, yet. The charts say no such thing. It's been a steady increase through March. Do you have some reliable data from the first 10 days of April of retail prices you want to share with the class?
