With that election now less than two weeks away, Venezuelans — and U.S. officials — are watching to see if the outreach has helped yield a democratic vote.

It belabors belief that anyone could believe that giving Maduro millions of dollars worth of sanctions relief would lead to him stepping down voluntarily. It's the kind of moronic foreign policy we've seen over and over during the Obama-Biden-Harris years. Obama and Biden did it with Iran while Biden and Harris did it with Venezuela, Russia, and Iran. No lessons are ever learned because these aren't simple mistakes. They are purposeful maneuvers by people with crippling hubris, truly thinking they are smarter than everyone else.

What's the response? Tough talk backed by nothing.

The United States stands with the people of Venezuela who expressed their voice in today’s historic presidential election. The will of the Venezuelan people must be respected. Despite the many challenges, we will continue to work toward a more democratic, prosperous, and secure future for the people of Venezuela.


Or what? What will Harris do if Maduro doesn't respect the will of the Venezuelan people? The answer is absolutely nothing. Welcome to the return of "just words, just speeches." Harris wants to present as a leader while running for president, but she is currently the vice president of the administration responsible for this disaster. Maduro was never going to hold "free and fair elections," and to get suckered in by him, infusing his regime with desperately needed cash, was inexcusable.

Chalk this up as another failure of Harris' tenure, and one that should be highlighted as she continues to try to erase history regarding her record. She is a failed vice president. She would quickly become a failed president if she attained the position.

Dude. You just don't get it. Much of the activism, protests and organized rallies we are seeing across THIS country are happening as a direct result of governments like Venezuela's, like Bolivia's, like Chile's, like Cuba's, and other South American communists countries direct involvement with and funding of groups like BLM.

They have exported organizers and foot soldiers here with the express purpose of destabilizing our republic. Ignore this at your own peril. You and your kids will bear the brunt of this crap, old fuqr's like me will be gone by the time they've completed their takeover. You can call me crazy all you want, the evidence is there in plain sight if people would only open their eyes.

If you watched the events at Union Station in DC you must have seen the caravans of buses pulling up and all the protestors disembarking carrying printed placards. That is not a grass roots, organic movement. It's a well funded and orchestrated one.

What’s holding them back you ask?
The great gift given the American citizens by a group of highly educated and gifted founders. The Constitution and specifically the 2nd amendment. As long as we can protect our rights as a whole or even a small majority we can preserve the rights of all. Even those to stupid to deserve them.

There’s something very very stinky about leftist politicians(who support the policies Maduro brought upon Venezuela and want to instill those failed policies here) suddenly questioning election integrity in Venezuela as if they are on the rebelling resistance side. Pure mind games and manipulation. I hope Venezuelans get the freedom and prosperity they hope for.

America is going to need that inspiration in November, to keep the Dems from retaining power in their current attempt to finish the destruction of this country.

The US has been focused on promoting democracy, ever since we overthrew the legitimate elected government of Ukraine and started a civil war that lead to a larger war that we have borrowed hundreds of billions of dollars to keep going.

The deep state needs Harris to expand the wars. She is the puppet they love.

Can you give some facts to back up the claim that the US overthrew the Ukranian government.?

You do notice that ONLY the forces of Maduro have the guns and are shooting at the voters, yes? That's why the Demonic Party has been so adamant about taking away our second amendment rights. They don't need F-15s in Venezuela they only need pistols and rifles to quell the masses.

Someone once said that Socialists are voted in through the ballot but you need bullets to take them out because they ain't going nowhere-no how.

It seems to me that here in the US it'll be the military against the FIB, CIA, NSA because in my mind in a crisis like this the majority of our defenders will side with the right side. The crooked ones are in the judiciary.
