Still waiting on Smith to give a statement. Six co-conspirators were not charged in this indictment. Just Trump by himself here. Is you the feeling they want to go ahead and move this along.

They may have to do this in Florida. This is not a New York civil case..... here Trump is accused of federal crimes and I think his lawyers can get it moved to his domicile

Well, he's been indicted for allegedly doing a lot of illegal stuff. How much illegal stuff he has done will come out in court with evidence.

So Smith has two separate indictments naming Trump. The first is the documents, the second is January 6th. Georgia is on deck.
