What law was exactly broken?

For it to be uneven there should be other people who have acted in the same manner as Trump but not indicted.

His attempts to make this larger than what it is are completely self-serving. He did what he is accused & he will have to defend those actions in court. No one wants to see this country in this situation, but also cannot sit back and allow a President to attempt to overthrow an election. These aren’t democrats lining up to testify against Trump, but Republicans, many of which served in his administration.

Trump will spend all his money on legal fees taking away from turnout operations, campaign pre-challenges, and very few ads.

His mother impeached that he hadn't washed his hands before dinner; included in the indictment were a dry bar of soap and a dry towel.

My hope is Trump winning in 2024 and taking a baseball bat to the knees and skull of the Democrats.

He is not being prosecuted for his call for protests. He is being prosecuted for the organized scheme to overthrow the election… the fake electors, “the Green Bay Sweep”, his attempts to delay the certification…

Again, he is being charged with…
…conspiracy to defraud the United States;
…conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding;
…obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding;
conspiracy against rights.

His words at the eclipse are not mentioned in the indictment.

You have it way backwards. The prosecution will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that there was true intent in those actions.

The constitution set these checks and balances for a reason regarding electors and how the process works. He was never going to “overturn” anything. He lost in court and his supporters went too far in protest - which is nothing new in this country.

Yet his words are what they are using to bring those charges. Maxine's words could have been construed as inciting a riot yet she was not charged not do I feel she should have been. The charges are weak just as the previous ones have been and I am one that wishes Trump would not run.
