Doesn't appear to be in "public" and the kid is likely only acting out what he's seen in movies and television that his parents allowed him to watch. And he's not handing cash to anyone, only attempting to.

I suppose you want to also legislate what parents teach their kids or allow them to do, right?

So what if it’s deemed a public or private event. It can be “invite only” and still it’s morally justifiable? It doesn’t matter regardless, it’s still happening across the country and will only become more prevalent as half of the country don’t say anything about it.

We have a government service called “Child Protective Services.” Is that over legislating? So parents can do whatever they want with their kids with no repercussions?

One one hand, it’s not ok for parents to outlaw certain books or behaviors in schools, but it’s ok for parents to take their kids to sexual explicit events for them to be sexualized in front of hundreds of people.
