Which has Michigan fans more pissed right now.

Losing to TCU in football playoffs.

OR

Losing at home in a basketball buy game against Central Michigan.

Y'all just remember, TCU was in c-usa not that long ago. Don't tell me it can't be done.

Ohio State was an awful lot better than I gave them credit. After getting steamrolled at home against Michigan, I gave them zero chance against UGA. Last night, I’m not sure they weren’t actually the more talented team.

Shout out too to Memphian Dallan Hayden who as a true freshman was OSU’s leading rusher last night.

They specifically mentioned him being from Memphis, and CBHS. RS has to keep this level of talent at home.

Would be nice but it's a stacked deck that NIL just made worse.

New AAC, NIL, the cancer that media / social media perception is...

Kids like that won't be coming to Memphis out of high school and if we get a sleeper / diamond in the rough then they won't be staying. A P5 will put the word out - player will hit the transfer portal - P5 buys player with NIL $.

Simple as that.

Sucks that Georgia won. It would have been nice for once not to have an SEC team in there

Hell, TCU was still playing in the WAC in 2000. Same conference as Rice and San Jose State.

That rarely happened before NIL. Even less likely now.

Jabari Small & Omari Thomas at UT are both Memphis kids. So is Tyler Badie who once committed to Memphis, but ended up at Mizzou & now the Baltimore Ravens.

Hayden was never an option. His father played at UT & he was always headed to an elite P5 program.

This area puts out some players, but there is just not enough depth. Perhaps its a lack of quality coaching & facilities. Its not from a lack of potential talent.

I have never seen a more bi-polar group of fans in the stands than Michigan fans last night. They literally would go from wanting to fire Harbough on the field, to giving him a lifetime contract, to firing him immediately every freaking 2 minutes in that game.

Bill Curry went 10-1 but lost to Auburn and was pretty much forced out.

John Cooper went 10-1 but couldn’t beat Michigan and was eventually fired

It’s crazy out there yet we catch hell here for criticizing a coach that goes 6-6 back to back years.

I believe most people here are unhappy about the coach's performance. I know I am. I suppose he'll have one more season to turn it around, but I also suspect he's on a very hot seat right now. Abruptly firing three of your key staff isn't the action of a man secure in his position.
