What do you think of Utah Stage losing to Weber? Could be a sign they are in a funk, or a one time fluke that gets quickly corrected. Not sure if it’s the worst possible time to play them or the best.
I’ll be tuned in either way. Utah Tech should be wrapping up right about then. And UTU starts just as Chicago State wraps up. Good time for day time ball.
Then, I get a little break before the Aggies play, and after that game, I can still catch most of BYU hosting Weber. And the circle is complete for the day:)

Sammy? That you?
Thankfully for Seattle they joined the WAC when they needed bodies. They prolly wouldn’t get in with the current make-up.

Probably looked past them. Certainly a surprising loss. I expect the UTags to win by 10 or so today. Should be a good tournament

24 in the NET. 40 something on KenPom. Either way, they are a quality team. Hope Seattle gets the win.

We were a body with a brand new, state-off-the-art arena, future renovations on the horizon and the ability for football. None of that is Seattle. Hence, we were able to get back in. If y’all left and wanted back, your chances of success are much lower.

Without a miracle, Seattle will be playing Iona at 130 PT on ESPNU tomorrow.

13 years ago, had the ability for football, how’s that going? Seattle plays some of their home games in an actual state-of-the-art arena. That’s cool you played in one 13 years ago.
Looks like you did a circle, and ended up in the same place. That’s good?!?!?

Our women's team averages more than your on-campus arena. CPC is ranked higher than "leftie-feel-good-buzzward" arena by WNBA rankings, still putting you below us. Your baseball stadium is a city park. At least you have a soccer field.
We've been close to football twice this century, but failed for various reasons. Student Congress is in the process of putting another football vote to the students, so again, closer than Seattle.
The WAC is in a much better spot now than then. If y'all left, I wouldn't bet on it.
And you may want to check your facts. Geography was the main reason. Our unofficial vote was split down the middle. You'll also find most Mav fans weren't upset. The lack of rivals was a non-starter for most.

Isiah Pope had a career high 25 today. He’s been playing extremely well. The Blazers are on a 5 game win streak and their NET is about 100 points higher than last year. Good things happening there.
Long way to go this season, but so far they might be most improved team.

Cal Bap hosting Portland State right now. Satterfield, a UTEP transfer that many Aggie fans probably remember, is PSU’s leading scorer. Cal Bap at 8-4 looks to be a favorite over 5-7 PSU, but the Vikings have played a tough schedule including Gonzaga and some PAC 12 teams.
Goodrick, the Armstrong, Nottage, and the other Aussies are looking good. New face Scottie Washington is draining 3’s tonight at well. He saw limited minutes in the first few games, but played a season high 17 minutes and scored 18 points more recently versus Weber. Might be a name we see a lot of if he scores like that.

This has been a very good game so far. I haven’t been impressed with Ighoefe so far. This is my time to see CBU this year so maybe he is having an off night.

RedHawks were down 16-2 at one point. Tied with Iona at 29 at half.

SU has been maving it up in Hawaii so far. Will play the loser of GW/Pepperdine on Christmas.

These Redhawks are Jekyll and Hyde. They go as Tyson goes. If it wasn't for FT's from Tyson and Schumaker today this would be an ugly game.

Yeah, not too upset by losing to Utah St and Iona though. Think SU is still a top 5 WAC team.

SU getting that tournament feel and expectation for Vegas is all that matters. Wins are nice obviously but this is a trial run for WACT I'm sure. 45 FT attempts is impressive and making 71% of those FT's is nice too.
