It's the American's for the taking regardless. That would be six in a row. Pretty amazing for the conference.

Bruce-- you better get off to those playoffs games....is Marion the best team in the state this year regardless of division?
My equipment is all set up in the press box. I will leave shortly.
Moeller and a few other D1 and D2 teams are better (Hoban, St. Edwards, Lakota West, etc) than Marion Local, but not many other teams are.
So my question is... Do people who actually live in Marion, wish they had Marion Local as their own?
Just hard to believe a school that small has a team that good. Must be something to watch!
The real MAC has teams like that every year...the Homan Coldwater teams, the DSJ teams of the early 00's, etc. There is always some pretty damn good football going on in West Central Ohio.
Coldwater has got a tough one this week it looks like...who have you got Bruce?
Normally I would say Coldwater, but they lost their backup QB in Week 1 and their starting QB in Week 10. I still like Coldwater for the win, but it gets harder the farther they have to reach down the QB depth chart.
If the American Conference's collective lack of ability to live with success continues this weekend, I won't be surprised if ranked teams Tulane and UCF both go down to defeat on the road. One loss Houston is likely to lose at SMU too. If UC can make some course corrections on both sides of the ball, it should still mean they'll be in tall Cotton come January.
WLWT needed a reporter on site for that? Multiple agencies collaborated on a "thorough and strategic investigation". Seems blown way out of proportion over a kid smacking a couple girls on the butt... unless im missing something..

I am guilty of the same back in day when I was in HS. Long time ago.
Unless the story is missing details, it didnt seem like any type of malicious intent and something that could have been handled better. Sounds to me like a typical obnoxious college boy got a hold of a scooter and was goofing off around campus. I guess the world changed with the metoo because this is incredible to me that its even a story.

It's unclear if this is related, but this article mentions that the perpetrators followed a student hoping after groping them: Article
Point being if it is related, it's far more concerning than the initial report.

I got one of those UCPD alerts a few weeks ago that someone was smacking butts around campus and it had been reported to the police a few times over. Pretty wild it turned out to be a football player.
