Nice poll.

For once CUSA is showing some character by playing the long game.

The SB3 are going to wish they never messed with Judy04-chairshot

I wanted to vote 'Probably' because I'm only leaning towards yes.

Yeah, I was looking for an "I don't really care" option.

I don't think it's that big of a deal.

How hypocritical it is for an FAU fan to start this thread, when the Sun Belt allowed you to leave within 3 months without penalty of your entry into Conference USA.

Don't worry about the fact that all the replacements were lined up and ready to move. Which is not the case now.

Our 2022 Sun Belt entry fee was waived, we've tried to communicate with this conference for 6 months to pay our way out of the conference respectfully, Marshall has done everything it can to allow for amicable separation, Conference USA is acting like my 9-year-old daughter when she doesn't want to go to bed.

waiving of a fee has no effect on C-USA...C-USA has a contract they expect you to abide. no one is ever required to negotiate with someone unless they are willing to. Only thing I agree with is that no one will be forced to stay. The risk is the variable of the judge or arbitrator. I do not think this will be negotiated.

CUSA is doing what the lawyers tell them to do. I agree with Side Show Joe on that one.

What's hilarious is Marshall has been nothing but transparent this entire process. Social media absolutely DESTROYED CUSA today to the point they turned off comments.

The only people who think this is a good move are the dozen or so people in this poll.

Wait until the SBC3 actually get to the Sunbelt, where the others are just like them. Now THAT is going to be entertaining drama! lol
