Have to think Matt Campbell to Oklahoma is a strong possibility. Also, you have to wonder who schools like Virginia Tech wind up with. As Pete Thamel said last week on his pod, there are going to be some schools winding up with their 4th pick on their coaching Hot Board.

Riley realized Oklahoma will not ever make the CFP from the SEC. He needs to get back to a less competitive conference.

I think you're exactly right. And I think he will run through the PAC with very little resistance. Maybe catch a good Oregon/Utah team every few years but that's about it. I'm assuming his recruiting will stay exactly the same

With Riley’s scheme USC is going to put up video game numbers against those defenses in the PAC12.

Something interesting is Brendel tweeted he wasnt loving that OU is looking for a coach. Maybe the list isn't just ND and OSU? seems like a weird fit to me but I guess he would have better info on that

Well Fickell is on every short list this year. The only thing that keeps him here is getting into the CFP. It’s a shame all this speculation ruins our joy every December.
