Is it too late to talk to CUSA and the Sunbelt about that regional deal they were pitching?

Learn the terminology!

P6 - The six most powerful conferences
G4 - Group of 4. The group of 4 conferences with the lowest profile and lowest revenue.
CDOA - Conference Dead on Arrival (AKA Conference USA).

All in good fun of course, don't take offense. HaHa.

Again, welcome.

Rice and FAU represent different species of an Owl, though. FAU Owl is the Burrowing Owl. I believe Rice's Owl is the Great Horned Owl. What about the Temple's Owl?

When we left CUSA, I hated leaving Rice. They were my favorite conference mates. Glad to have them back.

100% expect Charlotte's athletics master plan to drop when we're formally announced. FB stadium expansion and an IPF will be on it, we also just had a $1.2m locker room reno/expansion for FB.

Welcome from an ECU fan who did not want to add only teams with farmland or mountains around their campus. I look forward to road trips to Birmingham, San Antonio, Boca, Charlotte etc..

Quite frankly in todays day and age 35-40k is perfect. Look how nice Cincinnati Stadium looks packed. ECU bought into the Jeff Compher Tower of stupidity when we should have come up with a new press box and luxury suite design that added perks and more chairbacks to maybe even bring our capacity down to 45k . We needed the 50k just so UNCheat and NCST had no excuse not to schedule us but other than that it is wasted space as most years even winning 40k is going to be our best crowds. Charlotte Football Stadium of 30-35k would be perfect. Might get 5k ECU fans there for Conference games

Agree with you Football is becoming a made for tv event. Most fans now can save money and be more comfortable watching on tv every game. Stadiums should be smaller but with more luxury boxes to get the bigger money. I think the 35-40k size is best going forward.

True. Looks like baseball is going to be 10 teams now.

ECU
USF
FAU
UTSA
Rice
UAB
Wichita St
Charlotte
Tulane
Memphis

Overall not bad.

Clearly that was the primary motivator. After losing 4 teams the past 3 years, it needed refilling.

Give me 2-3 years and I'll be warm to the new adds. The shock of adding six caught me off guard.

It's time to build a formal trophy game with Rice.

UAB are actually chill.
