I dream of a world where conferences are based off of geography and not fake TV numbers which will eventually dwindle. I'm sure florida fans get so hype for mizzou and Miami just loves playing Syracuse (although they share some history).

It would, if you had a clue what you were talking about. UCF started football about two decades before we did…. And the little fact that we have a winning record against them in every sport but one… and one tied.

We also have more overall conference championships. This isn’t a diss on UCF. Them are the numbers. I like our rivalry and look forward to continuing it in the New Big 12, but I felt you kinda needed to know.

Today… which is what we are concerned with…UCF has a far more attractive athletic program than USF…

Debatable but is it worth the back and forth. We won quite a bit of hardware this year my friend, and let’s be real honest. If a new Big 12 decides to go into florida, they are taking both. Every bit of media math you want to do, will always show that our two markets make more together than individually.
It’s the one statistic that made me finally realize that y’all are our rival and to give into it. Now I hate UCF but I look forward to hating you.

Nobody outside of central Florida cares about the I-4 any more than they care about the rivalry between UNLV and Nevada the state I live in. If they get UCF, that's all they need to get into Florida.

I did a custom design for the indian casino's in Okie. Half the symbols on the reel strips were for Okie State, the other half were for OU. Try coordinating crimson red with orange and brown. It was a nightmare. Anyway, OSU/OU is a much bigger rivalry than USF/UCF. Did OU take OSU to the SEC?

They'll take one or the other, and you know which one that is. They don't need both.

Oh we’re trying and have been trying, just haven’t produced the results yet. I think we are almost there though. We took a Compher punch to the forehead a few years ago and we haven’t quite recovered yet.

Of course I want USF and UCF to go to the Big 12, if the bulk of them remain…. And Cinci has been with USF forever, so I am rooting for them too, but who wouldn’t want Memphis vs Kansas as a yearly event. Memphis vs Baylor, and Tech. Those are some badass basketball games.

I have no idea who and where everyone will end up at but I am pumped about this. Some really cool stuff could work out for a lot of us.
