They never made it past mid-card openers, but this cover of You’re So Vain by Faster Pussycat is awesome.

I remember buying this on CD at the record shop on Short Vine.

The 1978 Gene Simmons solo album wasn’t memorable for much, except to us diehard KISS fans. But it had some quality stuff on it.

This acoustic cover by Ken Sharp is great.

I had the (vinyl) album. It's in my digital music collection now.

Speaking from experience back in the day...LSD is best when listening to Yes and the Grateful Dead and NOT when listening to Pink Floyd.

I always get a kick out of the hidden meanings in songs from the 1970s... naughty, naughty

I love all Led Zepplin's songs, but this one (off another album) is my absolute favorite.

I got into "historical blues" a while back seeking out songs by Robert Johnson, Ledbelly, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, etc. I couldn't believe all the Rock'N'Roll songs that were updated from old blues tunes. Led Zepplin's "Killing Floor" was a Ledbelly song and I don't know where he got it.

The Cream's "Crossroads" song came straight from Robert Johnson. The Allman Brothers took many of their songs from the blues too.

Maybe one of the greatest song openings in rock. Fire up the 12 string...
