Maybe they will ignore it the same way they ignore violent crime going up between 25-100% in many cities, innocent children being gunned down in record numbers, and police officers being killed and attacked. More than likely they will report it non stop as they should, while continuing to ignore all the other stuff.

I am 100% sure that both sides will be equally horrified by it the same way that both sides were horrified by the capitol riots; unlike one side, that didn't have a care in the world about the months of killings, rioting, looting and protests, prior.

MPD is a “mostly peaceful” department and we’ve been told you can’t judge the entire group by the actions of a few. Well, at least that goes for the BLM rioters. Not sure the police would be offered the same parameters.

I haven't heard of any employers requiring it yet - largely because it is not widely available to employees yet. There was some talk in NY about requiring hospital workers to get it, but that state is all over the place with their vax plans, and I think they pulled away from this.

However, make no mistake. Employers can require it - and eventually many likely will. And there will be liability protections. There already are protections in the old Vaccine Act and the new PREP Act. Claims will be filed in Workers Comp. How far any potential lawsuits get will likely depend upon the new Congress and future amendments. And this Congress, while they are pro-labor-lawyer and not necessarily a friend of business, is likely going to be pro-vax.
