Interesting tidbit about our class, other than the two D linemen, the 5 other signees are track guys. Lots of athleticism in this class.

I am also curious as to how many, if any, scholarships are available for the late signing period (Feb 3rd). A lot of talent still out there that didn't get the offers they wanted and are waiting. Some programs signed big early classes and are tapped out. Any of these PWO commitments aren't even worth a tweet during the early period since these same kids will probably generate full ride opportunities late.

I know we haven't seen any football in a long time, but I'm really high on what London is doing with transfers and recruits. This spring will be interesting. Hopefully next fall we can have a near normal season with fans and make some noise. Very excited.

Interesting article about Lucas and what went into him flipping his commitment from ASU. Being told to hold off on signing until you prove a junior year injury is healed was a huge red flag on how a school prioritizes its recruits. Contrast that to the way W&M handled Luke Lowe's scholarship on a very uncertain situation after his car accident.
Also interesting that promises were made regarding position and playing time. Going to be a very full RB room.

Just as interesting that our modus operandi of being the first offer paid off here.

Sometimes it makes sense for small town kids to come to places like Williamsburg rather than big cities. Abingdon and Tempe couldn't be much more different.
