Penny's biggest mistake is choosing the wrong PG.

Can we hire Larry Brown as a DC? do you think he runs a 4-3, 3-4, 3-3-5, or 4-2-5?

Well I understand that our offense was just awful. Looked like AAU basketball against a well coached team. Jimmy’s and Joe’s can look terrible when they don’t have any X’s and O’s. Sorry for any reference to Pastner.

It’s great that the coach knows how to attack the other team’s defense, but it’s even better when he can get these concepts across to his team..

He was the one who destroyed Tiger basketball. We have yet to recover from the destruction.

I can give my 1st grader all the materials and blue prints needed to build a plane. Am I supposed to blame her for not being able to make it? Or am I an idiot for expecting her to execute something that is clearly far beyond her current abilities?

That is what people who want to shield the Millionaire coach don't realize...

He gets the players...He teaches the players...He sets the offense. You cant blame the players for not being able to run the offense the coach brought them in to run.

If it doesn't work it is his fault. This is year 3...These are his guys.

Actually it's trying to fit round pegs in sq holes. Penny has the illusion his job is to get 1 or 2 guys to the NBA instead of winning games. And his scheme, if you believe there is one, is not suited for the talent (good talent BTW) he has. These guys need structure/scheme that's gets the ball to guys in the flow of the offense where they are in a position for them to have a high probably for success/score. Instead our offense is for the guy with the ball to get his shot in isolation after receiving the ball moving away from the basket on the perimeter.
