Someone asked where my site was but he has his private messaging disabled, so I put it into my signature. I actually thought it was there already.

Who might those be? IUPUC? Ohio Valley, perhaps? Who else?

There's been no official announcements, feel free to speculate. I keep wondering what's going to happen to Chaney.

I mean, if they can't even remain in compliance in the NAIA, they are truly bottom of the barrel.
EWU will say they considered D2 and ruled against it, but they aren't actually considering it.
CWU is a potential D1 flight risk to join the WAC. They already been scheduling Big Sky schools in football. The GNAC schools except for Simon Fraser that have football could join D1. There are more football schools in the northwest at D1 than at the lower levels. Like I ponted out, EWU downgrading would cost them more money to travel for football than they would be staying in D1.

Will Louisiana College be going to the GCAC? RRAC is possible too, but GCAC is their old stomping grounds I think.

Sometime after Louisiana College left the NAIA there was a major realignment between the GCAC and the SSAC, that resulted in the GCAC becoming an HBCU conference. So the current GCAC isn't the old GCAC. So I think Louisiana College will go to the SSAC.

Yep. They hope to join the Sooner Athletic Conference for football, and SSAC for everything else.
https://www.wbrz.com/news/louisiana-coll...hool-year/
It's surprising they're not trying to go to the Red River Athletic Conference, where LSU-Alexandria and LSU-Shreveport currently are. But, fellow Baptist schools Blue Mountain (MS), William Carey (MS) and University of Mobile are in the SSAC. In addition, Loyola-New Orleans is also in the SSAC. Apparently, they'd rather go east than back to Texas with the RRAC.
The Sooner Athletic Conference is their closest option for football, however.

I forgot LC has football and the GCAC doesn't. But nearly every player not from LA is from Texas. Football is often the biggest consideration. But the SSAC is a lot of travel, and few schools within 3-4 hours.

Football isn't a consideration because their only choice is the Sooner Conference. The SSAC is a better "like school" alignment in every other way. In the NAIA, the primary conference selection factors are geographical footprint and playing similar schools. The RRAC has too many state and HBCU schools to be "similar" to Louisiana College. But I am already hearing talk of a potential OOC rivalry with LSU-Alexandria, who didn't have athletics. Not even sure they were offering Bachelors Degrees at the time.

This. They're leaving a D-III conference made up primarily of private schools for a NAIA conference made up primarily of private schools. They're trading travel to west Texas for travel to Georgia and Florida.

As far as similar schools, their future conference has multiple state universities and multiple HBCUs in it. If they want long travel, they found the right home though. 850 miles from Pineville to Temple Terrace and 600 or more to each Georgia school. But hey, its their gas. But even Hobbs New Mexico is a lot closer than Temple Terrace!
And, the RRAC is also primarily private schools.
