What has Biden promised to do about guns that makes you eager to vote FOR him?

And now to the big deal...or as Biden would say, the big f**king deal.

Race. And other "minorities".

What is he proposing that makes y'all eager to cast a vote FOR him?

Glittering generalities, like a fairer America? That's all I see.

You tell me.

Unless, of course, I have been "unintentionally" rude, in which case you are utterly entitled to walk away with your noses in the air. No need for Brahmins to deal with untouchables.

Truth is, I am intentionally asking you guys to justify why you are voting Biden. I apologize if the questions make you think, but that is the purpose of them.

Have a good day, y'all. Stay safe. Wear your masks. Don't tear down any wooden statues.

In terms of what lad puts on the table, it is 'unconscious rudeness'; in terms of what 93 and lad put on the table, it is 'systemic rudeness'.

Funny thing is that they are absolutely comfortable with the idea of 'systemic racism' as a grab bag of everything having any tenuous relationship with race, but kind of go batshit crazy with the idea of 'systemic progressivism' as when some denote the large scale traits of that philosophy.

\Maybe I am systemically unconscious. How would I know if they didn't tell me?

Absolutely. Will be shocked if we know a winner on election night or even election week.

Not just the temporal issues.

I think the implications on the issues with how mail in is far more susceptible to vote fraud will be catastrophic in this environment.

This is problematic from both sides. If the contortions and wailings from the left in the prescience on how Trump will try to pull a sleight of hand are implicated, watch American cities burn (again). If the left is implicated in voter fraud, then we have the asshat attempt at a coup de etat like the left tried with Russiagate.

I am sorry, having vast mail in voting in this environment is like walking into a candle factory strapped with 100 gallons of gasoline in a leaky rubber bladder.

That would be my line in the sand...
If the left would openly accept the results of the election if Trump wins without alleging 'fraud' in conjunction with mail-in ballots, then I'd be more likely to accept that decision. That's not my vote, because I think the odds of fraud (and it could be in either direction) are significant.

The left will never accept any result that is not in their favor. It does not matter what excuse they hang their hats on - Russians, extraterrestrials, hanging chads, mail in ballots, or the ever popular "voter suppression".

I remember they blamed Bush 43 in Florida on the testimony of one lady who saw police cars in the vicinity of the polls and went back home. VOTER SUPPRESSION!

Biden's campaign says he is "not available" as of now to do a similar interview that Trump did with Chris Wallace...

RE: 2020 Presidential Horse Race Thread
six things that could derail the race

3. economic and virus numbers. Stay bad or get worse, good for Democrats. Get better, good for Trump.

7. Durham's report. Will democrats care that there was a conspiracy? Not if it is favorable to Trump. They will accept any thing if it gets rid of Trump.

Biden will choose his VP candidate next week, per his comments from earlier today.

Tuned into the Barr interrogation for just a few minutes this afternoon. Luckily, caught the Nadler segment.

What a poisonous little viper - uglu inside and out. Would make speeches presenting his opinions as facts and then not let Barr answer.

Even denied Barr a bathroom break. What a guy. Full of hate.

Hero to the leftists, terrible person AFAIAC. I have more respect for Pelosi and Schumer than him.

The entire Democratic lineup refused to let Barr answer any questions. Once Barr started an answer the twertp sacks would simply over-mic him yammering 'Im reclaiming my time'.

The one good segment that actually got through (because it was a Republican) was this --- and I will repeat it as a question to our lefty contingent here: Since when is it okay to try and burn down a federal court? "If someone went down the street to the Prettyman Court here, that beautiful courthouse we have right at the bottom of the hill, and started breaking windows and firing industrial-grade fireworks in to start a fire, throw kerosene balloons in and start fires in the court, is that okay? Is that okay now?"

It was amazing to listen to the Democrat representatives on that panel to take every avenue to portray Portland as Federal goons beating people in the street. I read this elsewhere: We are approaching a very weird election in which one of our major parties is taking a stand in favor of rioting, looting, arson, destruction of federal property, and violent attacks on law enforcement. The Democrats seem to think that this is a winning formula.

I wonder if this type and line of questioning meets with the approval of the lefties here. Talk about a lack of civility.

Nadler

Jayapal

So this is the civility that Democrats claim?

The Hill

At least the Hill reports Nadler's lies as allegations.

hearing

During one tense exchange, Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-Pa.) repeatedly admonished Barr for interrupting her questioning.

"We've waited a long time for you to come here. The time is mine," Dean said.

Also from the session yesterday:

“This is the first time in my memory that the leaders of one of our two great political parties, the Democratic Party, are not coming out and condemning mob violence,” he said. “Can’t we just say the violence against the federal courts has to stop? Could we hear something like that?”

The room was silent. The attorney general challenged their loyalty, and not a single Democrat objected.

And as a final note -- Nadler was an hour late due to an auto accident.

Towards the end of the session Barr requested a 5 min break, which Nadler initially refused.

"I waited an hour for you this morning. I haven't had lunch. I'd like to take a 5-minute break," Barr said. "You're a real class act."

My predictionL Susan Rice, although I am sure they don't want Benghazi to come up again. But she has proven herself as someone who will take the flak for the team.

Second: Kamala Harris.

I don't think it could be Grisham - too pale, too blond. Although I have known plenty of Mexicans who look just like her.
