One of these days, when motivated, I'll compare the 2019 QL Bowl game roster vs. the roster as posted and look for any other deletions.

Suddenly DT becomes very, very interesting as we now have two late adds with another possible.

So we have added late: Justin Jefferson, the short DT (ala Roosevelt Nix) and now Jordan Crawford.

Looks like we in the lose one, add one phase of reshaping DT position.

I wonder if our offer for Peoples still stands. Sometimes these offers are: We have one slot available, once it is filled we will no longer honor any previously made offers.

BTW, we have a new DT coach. Bringing in his own recruits?

The big question, for me, is when will recruiting be done? What I mean is when do decisions have to be made? When do we want them on campus? etc.

We might be recruiting Jucos who are known spring graduates.

As Boca Rocket noted, Lucas was a WR in H.S. listed as 6' 4 1/2", 195. Literally has grown into a TE or maybe even an OT.

Very hard for colleges to scout a player who is literally going through growth spurts.

Curious how we found him? He wasn't a WR who had 50 or 75 balls thrown at him. Doubt he jumps off the tape.

The school I see is listed as Louisiana (Lafayette). I assume it is the old 'SW La." They are in the SBC and lost to Appy State for the SBC championship. They beat Miami in the Lending Tree Bowl in Mobile.

Curious how EMU and Louisiana are recruiting him - TE or OT?

I really don't have a strong feel for how good we are at OT This Year (a little young and inexperienced?). I think we are strong guard to guard. We have some good OT coming in the 2020 recruiting class, plus redshirts.

I never saw a commitment tweet but 247 has him listed as committed? And they're usually the premier recruiting source.
