Depends on whether you actually have some understanding of the situation and some specific criticisms to offer based upon that understanding, or you are simply parroting "Orange Man Bad" because that's all you know.

So, what are your specifics?

I think the measures he has put in place now are generally okay. I'm glad he reversed course and kept social distancing policies in place until the end of the month. My criticism mostly centers on how he spent the first few months downplaying the crisis. Trump treated it so nonchalantly that it put a false sense of security in a lot of people which in turn may have accelerated its spread in the early days.

LOL. Would you like to see a few early quotes from some of your faves? Like Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, Cuomo, Di Blasio, etc.

I would argue that he calmed people instead of creating a panic. It was a sharp contrast from Obama during the recession. Obama was belly-aching every day about how bad it was and how it was going to get worse. What Obama did was personally make it worse because he destroyed consumer confidence. Bill Clinton finally had to tell him to just shut up in February. Trump's response will tend to discourage panic buying and fear, the opposite of what the media is doing with their sensationalism.

Yep, if that is true she pretty much help guarantee Trump's reelection. They will never learn.

Trump restricting travel from foreign nationals on January 31st was the right call. He did so after three major US airlines (American, Delta, and United) already stopped service to China, but I'll still give Trump credit there.

For the record, Biden called Trump xenophobic, not a racist. There's also no evidence that he was saying this directly in reference to Trump restricting travel from China:

Quote:Trump said Democrats “loudly criticized and protested” his announced travel restrictions, and that they “called me a racist because I made that decision.” Trump is overstating Democratic opposition. None of the party’s congressional leaders and none of the Democratic candidates running for president have directly criticized that decision, though at least two Democrats have.

https://www.factcheck.org/2020/03/the-fa...trictions/

He then spent the month of February saying this was no big deal and we've got this handled, which we know now was total bull ****.

Sure.

I am thankful we didnt have a moron like Biden in charge or even someone like Obama. If you want to pass blame, why did Obama deplete all the supplies and refuse to restock?

Yes, it does seem that the Obama administration didn't replenish supplies after the H1N1 outbreak under his term. He does deserve part of the blame. That said, Mr. "I alone can fix it" could have easily taken charge and replenished it himself in the three years he's been President.

Also, please provide proof that Obama "refused to restock"....

Meanwhile....

Horrible mistake by Pelosi. trump is hanging himself all by himself IMO. All this will accomplish is to give trump a new foil to rail against and take the focus off his bungling of the response.

My question to those that want to criticize Trump now is are you on board with full criticism and legitmate action (not war) against the CHINESE REGIME.

I don't have any issue with someone that wants to criticize The President although I would say now isn't the appropriate time. More importantly, I'd highly caution criticism and wait until more conclusive outcomes are determined by actions that have/have not been taken as this is a rapidly changing situation and like the last 3-4 years most of you will come off looking as dumba$$es.

Do you think Biden could have done a better job? Biden criticized Trump of being racist when he closed off travel from China.

Not quite...

Quote:Our ruling

Speaking of his restriction on travel from China, Trump said, “I had Biden calling me xenophobic. ... . He called me a racist, because of the fact that he felt it was a racist thing to stop people from China coming in.”

Biden has not directly said that the restrictions were xenophobic. Around the time the Trump administration announced the travel restriction, Biden said that Trump had a “record of hysteria, xenophobia, and fear-mongering.” Biden used the phrase “xenophobic” in reply to a Trump tweet about limiting entry to travelers from China and in which he described the coronavirus as the “Chinese virus.” Biden did not spell out which part of Trump’s tweet was xenophobic.

Trump’s statement contains an element of truth but ignores critical facts that would give a different impression. We rate it Mostly False.
Fact-check: Did Biden call Trump ‘xenophobic’ for China travel restrictions?

Can Trump ask for a SC or SP to take a look into Granny nanny's withholding funds to aid American citizens while people died?

Think I'll touch base with my House rep, see what her opinion is on this latest taxpayer funded snipe hunt charade.

The name is a distinction without a meaningful difference in context. The correction is done as a means to imply 'weight' through 'volume of mis-statements'. I understand he also used a comma when he should have used a semi-colon (using that as an example of implying weight through volume)

Given that Biden made the comment the day after Trump's decision, and that nobody had spoken about 'China Virus' or anything else... there absolutely IS evidence that this is what it was in reference to, it just isn't undeniable.

If Biden were relating it to the 'China Virus' comment, that phrase wasn't in the vernacular at the time... meaning that Biden was inserting 'nationality' himself.
If Biden were simply inserting it into the conversation without context... again, he'd be the one engaging in Xenophobia.

I can quite literally think of no reason for Biden to insert that comment into the conversation, other than in direct response to the previous days action... or because he himself was engaging in Xenophobia (blaming China) and projecting that onto Trump.... not letting a catastrophe go to waste...

Either way, Trump's comment (which really means nothing) is not an unreasonable interpretation of Biden's comment.... whether or not it is 100% undeniably the correct one.

Given how often the left has meaningfully taken Trump's comments and edited them to imply something he absolutely didn't say, this sort of correction is laughable to anyone but the left.

Prove what? They have been the source of a world wide pandemic 3 times in the last 20 years. What else needs to be proven? Idk WTF your even talking about?

And to Easter? Again WTF are you talking about? We aren't going to be open by Easter. Have you not watched any of the press conferences in the past week? That decision was changed after further analysis of new data that came in in the past couple of weeks.
