At least you get Temple for balance.

ESPN index actually gives ECU a better chance to beat UH at home (11.9%) than @ Temple (8.9%).

Why would ECU be playing Houston @ Temple?

You are "expecting" a little too much. There's not a team in the league I "expect" us to beat, but that's not to say I expect us to lose either. We've got enough talent now that if we play well we have a chance against anyone in the league, but not enough that we can play poorly and expect to beat anyone in the league.

I expect ECU to beat somebody at home in conference this year that they "shouldn't", but I don't think it will be Houston. Houston to me is the worst matchup in the league for ECU.

Ummm...they've already done that. SMU should be 6-1 right now.

Blew a double digit second half lead and then lost it at the buzzer. ECU made some big shots coming down the stretch and hit the game winner, so gotta give them props.

We just blew out a scrappy Tulane team by 19. The same Tulane team that beat Cincinnati and won at Temple.

This is a crazy league, and when ECU makes shots, we're really tough to beat at home. There will be a great crowd on hand, and if the shots start falling, I think there's a really good chance we win.

The problem is, we're an INCREDIBLY streaky shooting team. We're either ALL hot, or we're ALL ice cold.

I was gonna say I suspect there could be another before the season is over, but the only 2 home games against the top of the league that are left for ECU are Houston and Cincy, both of whom I think are bad match-ups. The other home games ECU has left (UCF, Temple, and UCONN) would be mild upsets but nothing stunning.

It is comical listening to Cincy fans booing every foul and even that obvious kicked ball call. All been good calls. LOL

All fans boo calls.

It’s kinda what a good home court environment does. Do you want UC fans to applaud calls that don’t go their way?
