Any time you're feeling down on the AAC, just imagine what it would be like playing in Muncie or Bowling Green on a Tuesday night in late November....

Truth.

MacNation is awful for fans and players. Nobody is going to those games. Hopefully Houston can pull an upset vs. Memphis.

North Dakota State would likely be undefeated in the MAC.

If North Dakota State were eligible for the polls, they'd probably be ranked. They're top-30 in most computer ranking systems, higher than Appalachian State.

NDSU has outscored opponents by an average of 29 points. They're 10-0 including:
46-14 over Northern Iowa. Northern Iowa took Iowa State to 3 OT
23-16 @South Dakota State. SDSU lost to Minnesota by 7
27-16 over UC-Davis. UC-Davis lost to Cal 27-13
37-3 @ Illinois State. ISU lost to Northern Illinois 24-10

A transcript of the Dantonio - Harbaugh pre-game greeting at midfield:

Harbaugh - Hey there !
Dantonio - Uh... yeah, Hi.

[awkward silence]

H - How's your season going?
D - Fine.

[silence]

H - Well, that's how the old pickle squirts, huh?

[silence]

D- Well, Um… yeah, I gotta go.

Houston up 7-0 on Memphis early in Q1. Should we be rooting for one over the other today?

Woah, make that 14-7 with 7 minutes still left in Q1.

Complicated. Houston wins uc may be able to host the aac championship even if they lose at Memphis. But a better Memphis would be better for cotton bowl chances.

I’d prefer Memphis win, to be honest. It gives us a better opponent, plus if we slip up it gives the American a better shot at the NY6 bowl game over Boise.

Yeah, complicated is all I came up with as I began trying to analyze it so I thought I'd inquire here. Houston kicks a FG after a dropped pass in the endzone to go up 17-7 still in Q1.

Need Memphis to win but look ugly doing it which they've been doing so far.. past few weeks they look more beatable than they had at the beginning of the year.

It's all about rankings now, right? Lose Memphis lose!

If UC aint in the NY6 bowl, I don't give a rip who gets it.

I'd prefer AAC gets it every year even if it isn't Cincinnati.. just to group the conference more with the 'P5' and make it seem more automatic.

I feel like it's said every week, but Memphis has some burners for WRs.. our DBs have their work cut out for them.
