I am really, really tired of having accusations of racism thrown at every attempt to criticize someone who happens to be a person of color. Actually I have been to Jamaica. Two summers ago, I was on a cruise that docked in Montego Bay and then we drove a tourist van down to Kingston so I got to see quite a bit of the country. Parts of it are nice but the golf courses/resorts were all empty and almost looked abandoned. Downtown Kingston had quite a bit of character (and poverty) in it. We spent the afternoon on a private beach in Kingston which was very nice, and someone asked me if I wanted to buy some marijuana as we were entering the beach.

President Trump is a mean-spirited moron. Given the choice, there are dozens of better-qualified Republicans and independents for the office of president.

The problem is that there are precious few better-qualified Democrats running for that office. Steve Bullock and John Delaney are the only two acceptable choices among the current flock.

You cannot cite a single example of a racist comment or action by President Trump. Because he's simply not a racist. Whereas most everyone on this board can cite to multiple instances of socialist statements by the leading Democrats. The Green New Deal, for just one example.
