I plan on using an electric car myself. And who knows maybe I'll be in St. Louis myself on my wife's family farm - I'll be the one out in the fields trying to make sure the cows don't fart (disclaimer - he no longer has cows - just crops on the 80 acres now).
She's certainly an interesting character. And I'll grant you a lot of her ideas are way, way out there. But you got to give her credit for coming up with a plan. Even if it's highly improbable, I do want our country working on significant environmental changes.
Are you suggesting our country isn’t? Or hasn’t been?
Our waterways are cleaner now, vastly cleaner than they were 40 yrs ago.
When’s the last time you heard or read about the LA smog that was choking people every summer?
The loons are now reduced to trying to ban straws and Starbucks cups cause, well, dammit everything else seems to be going along pretty ok.
Fish stocks are up, oyster beds thriving, menhaden catches sustainable, sharks returning (even Great whites), seals Rockfish, even fresh water mussels on a massive rebound etc
What better harbinger for environmental improvement than our waterways and air quality?
Y’all nibbling around the edges now.
And this chicks a nitwhitty ditz.
I pray she keeps being the face of the dims, comedy and political gold.
